Industrial Engineering Assistant - Process Optimization & Lean Manufacturing

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify inefficiencies in manufacturing processes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data using SAP and other relevant software.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including kaizen events and 5S methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Provide training and support to production teams on lean manufacturing techniques.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute to the development of the company's lean manufacturing strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related role, with a focus on process improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, including value stream mapping, kaizen, and 5S.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software for data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
