🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a similar industry.
Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
