📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Act as a key liaison between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.
Assist in the development and implementation of cross-cultural business strategies tailored to our clients' needs.
Support the MDP team in organizing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and networking events.
Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources in both Mandarin and Indonesian.
Assist in market research and analysis to identify opportunities for Uniair Indotama Cargo in the international logistics sector.
Participate in team-building activities and leadership development initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the logistics and cargo sector.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a bilingual role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in cross-cultural communication and business development.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Valid work permit for Indonesia, with the ability to relocate to Bali.
