📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform hemodialysis procedures under the supervision of a nephrologist, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and treatment parameters during dialysis sessions.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain a clean and organized dialysis unit, following infection control protocols.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hemodialysis nursing.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English for communication and documentation purposes.
• Strong knowledge of hemodialysis procedures and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
