📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
• Manage and maintain existing partnerships with Indonesian businesses and universities.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, leveraging your Mandarin language skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative training programs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of our programs and partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and business development.
• Represent Chinese Road Education & Technology (Hong Kong) at industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and partnerships, with a focus on corporate training or higher education.
• A strong understanding of the Indonesian market and a passion for building strategic partnerships.
• Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze KPIs.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working with corporate training platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Docebo is a plus.
