📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Analyzing financial data and preparing audit reports to identify areas of risk and improvement.
• Collaborating with department heads and managers to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk management processes.
• Providing recommendations to senior management to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Utilizing audit software such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or similar tools to streamline audit processes.
• Ensuring adherence to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and other relevant compliance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
