📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges using AI technologies.
• Develop and deploy AI models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI to drive innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in AI development and best practices.
• Present AI solutions to the executive leadership team and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, and make data-driven decisions to improve their effectiveness.
• Work closely with the Chief Innovation Officer to define and execute AI innovation strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI development and implementation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
