Stripe is seeking a talented Staff Backend Engineer to join our CI Services team in Dublin. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure and tools that support our global engineering teams.

As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of our products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.,Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate CI/CD processes into their workflows.,Monitor and optimize CI/CD performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.,Develop and maintain tools and scripts to automate and streamline CI/CD processes.,Investigate and resolve CI/CD issues, providing timely and effective solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CI/CD and backend engineering.,Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on CI/CD and infrastructure.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.,Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.,Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.,Strong understanding of software development best practices and principles.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
