📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for acquisition.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess feasibility.
  • Negotiate with property owners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present acquisition proposals to the management team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth acquisition processes.
  • Maintain and update the site acquisition database.
  • Provide regular reports on acquisition progress and potential issues.
  • Stay updated with local regulations and market trends.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition or real estate development.
  • Strong understanding of local regulations and market dynamics in Bali.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
