As a Senior Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the mall, from daily management to strategic planning.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the mall, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the mall's performance and profitability.,Lead and coordinate a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective teamwork and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, and implement measures to maintain a safe and secure environment for all mall users.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and retail, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Represent the mall at industry events and conferences, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mall management.,Develop and implement training programs for operations staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mall management or a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Knowledge of retail and hospitality industry trends and best practices.
