📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with business goals.,Analyze training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training opportunities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
