📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses with high accuracy and precision.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
Train and mentor junior lab technicians and staff.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Prepare and present detailed reports and findings to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Experience in regulatory compliance and quality management systems.
