PSA Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Services Management Executive to join our dynamic team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR services including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide recommendations for improvement.,Partner with line managers to address performance issues and promote a positive work culture.,Manage the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR services management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR services management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing remote teams and implementing HR best practices in a global context.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processing software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
