The Institute of Mental Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior or Assistant Manager to join our team in Compliance & Employee Relations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.,Provide guidance and support to HR staff on compliance and employee relations matters.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.,Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure timely updates to HR practices.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee relations skills.,Collaborate with senior management to address and resolve organizational issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR compliance and employee relations, preferably in a similar organization.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in HR compliance or related fields are a plus.,Experience in the mental health or nonprofit sector is a plus.
