📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop sales opportunities through market research and analysis.,Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure successful deals.,Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property suitability.,Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role in the real estate industry.,Strong understanding of property development and sales processes.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and project management tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
