PT Ekspresi Pilar is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of inventory management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
