PRIMA Pratama is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our remote store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and improve store performance.,Experience with inventory management and stock control systems.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
