As a Pharmacy Operator at PT Sehat Bersama, you will be the backbone of our pharmacy, ensuring that every customer receives accurate, safe, and timely medication. You will work closely with our team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to manage inventory, process prescriptions, and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage pharmacy inventory, including receiving, storing, and dispensing medications.
• Process patient prescriptions accurately and efficiently using pharmacy management software such as Medis or similar systems.
• Ensure medication safety by verifying patient information, checking medication interactions, and monitoring expiration dates.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with their medication needs and answering their questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning workstations, and disposing of expired medications.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Assist in training and mentoring new pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Operator or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Certification in Pharmacy Technician (SIPT) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management software such as Medis or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of medication safety and patient care.
