📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure high-quality patient care by monitoring and evaluating team performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and hospital operations.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a well-functioning team.,Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Provide leadership and support to the team during emergencies and critical situations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare management role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.,Familiarity with patient care technologies and equipment.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
