📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance and productivity.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the workplace is a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the restaurant.,Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that all food and beverage supplies are adequately stocked and rotated.,Maintain a clean and organized workplace, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using computer software and equipment such as POS systems, inventory management software, and cash register systems.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.,Familiarity with the Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
