Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies aligned with company goals,Leading and motivating a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations,Managing departmental budget and resources,Fostering a positive and productive work environment,Representing the department in meetings and events,Driving innovation and improvement within the department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong understanding of departmental operations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven track record of achieving departmental goals,Ability to work in a hybrid environment,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in budget management and resource allocation
