As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the front desk, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Handle reservations and manage the restaurant's booking system.,Assist with customer complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
