📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, customers, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate department.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain an accurate calendar.,Handle guest check-in and check-out, and process payments.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and ensure all supplies are stocked and available.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Monitor and control access to the building, and ensure the safety and security of all personnel and visitors.,Provide information about the company and its services, and promote our brand to visitors and potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
