📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main technician in maintaining and repairing IT equipment and systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by employees.,Perform routine maintenance tasks on computers, servers, and network devices.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Monitor system performance and report any issues to the main technician.,Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Maintain accurate records of all technical activities and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or IT maintenance role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
