📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing banquets and events.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.,Assist in managing event budgets and expenses.,Ensure that all event details are communicated effectively to clients and attendees.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized event space.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and attendees.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.,Proven experience in coordinating and executing events.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
