The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet venues, including decorating and arranging tables, chairs, and other necessary equipment.,Help with the coordination of food and beverage services, including ordering, preparing, and serving meals and drinks.,Assist in the management of guest lists and reservations, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.,Help with the cleanup and post-event tasks, ensuring the venue is left in a clean and presentable condition.,Work closely with the banquet manager to ensure all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Assist in the training and orientation of new banquet staff members.,Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage services and event planning.,Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
