📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert guidance on LIXIL’s product range to architects, designers, and developers.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of LIXIL’s solutions into architectural projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the architectural and construction industries.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in water and housing technologies.
• Support the sales team in presenting LIXIL’s products to potential clients.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase LIXIL’s innovative solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to architects and designers on the use of LIXIL’s products.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to highlight LIXIL’s products and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural specification or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of LIXIL’s product range and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant sustainability certifications is a plus.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
