📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to clients.,Handling cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals.,Assisting clients with account inquiries and financial products.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions.,Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and security protocols.,Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.,Promoting the bank's products and services to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banking or financial institution.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Good understanding of Indonesian banking regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
