📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate material forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure materials are available when needed, reducing downtime.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on inventory status and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials planning and inventory management.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in supply chain management or related field is a plus.
