Market Silver Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Tigaraksa, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, depending on the operational needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and food and beverage services.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage services, staff management, and inventory control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proficient in using various software and tools for restaurant management and inventory control.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and cuisine is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
