📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the logistics hub, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Implement and optimize logistics strategies to enhance delivery speed and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on last-mile delivery operations.
• Proven track record of managing logistics teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in logistics management or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
