📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and submission of import-export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and other logistics providers to ensure compliance with excise regulations and tariff classifications.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Monitor and update import-export processes, tracking the status of shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of import-export transactions to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in excise laws, regulations, and trade policies, and provide training and support to team members as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in import-export operations, excise compliance, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of import-export procedures, excise regulations, and tariff classifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
