📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Site Engineer in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage project resources effectively.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and safety records.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and the environment.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the project.,Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and site personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Valid certification in safety and health at work (e.g., SHEA, OSHA).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards relevant to the construction industry.
