📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in planning, organizing, and coordinating departmental activities.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor departmental staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Handle departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accountability.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive departmental growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the beauty and wellness industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
