Nusantara Textile is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist nurses in patient care tasks, including but not limited to, medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for use.,Assist with patient admissions and discharges, including preparing patients for procedures and assisting with paperwork.,Provide emotional support to patients and their families, as needed.,Follow all hospital protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as an assistant nurse.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures.,Ability to lift and move patients, as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) for healthcare workers in Indonesia.
